Frequently Asked Questions
- I am located in ___________, are you able to represent me? Yes. I represent Veterans located throughout the United States, and overseas. The large majority of my clients are out of state. The VA allows me to represent veterans wherever they are located.
- What does this cost? Generally there are no up front costs for any of my clients. At the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, there are no costs to you at all. If we are successful, the VA will pay my legal fees. At the lower levels of the VA, my fee is 20% of any past due benefits. For Tort claims, I charge a percentage fee based upon when or if settlement is achieved.
- Why do I need an attorney? Technically, you don't. However, like everything else in life, sometimes it is worth it to hire someone with more experience. I have devoted my career to representing Veterans and their families. I believe that my representation can help you as well.
- How can I contact you? I take a great interest in all of my clients. If you choose to hire me as your attorney, you will have direct access to my e-mail, work phone, and cell phone. If I don't answer when you call, I get back to you as soon as possible. I pride myself on keeping all of my clients completely up to date about everything going on with their claims.
